Rooms

The center has a variety of rooms available for rent that will accommodate groups up to 320 people. Take a look at the listing below, and pick the one that best fits your needs. Then call or e-mail us to set up your reservation. We look forward to serving you.

Decorating options

We have a variety of optional decorating pieces for use. Many centerpiece items are FREE for your use with rental of a room. Other larger items are available for an additional fee. See these options in our downloadable PDF (you'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the page).

Pricing

Prices for room rentals include tax and gratuity, and are based on a wide range of factors.

Business Meetings

We maintain a wide range of state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment for your meeting needs. 
Easels, Microphones, Overhead projectors, TV/VCR Liquid Crystal computer projector, Free standing, acoustical panels for displays or to further subdivide the meeting area. There are a wide range of floor plans available with your choice of round or rectangular tables.

Weddings

Facility access as early as 9 AM to decorate or accommodate deliveries.

Select the five hours of your preference for the actual reception.

Kitchen

Our commercial kitchen is fully staffed and ready to provide delicious meals and snacks for your group.

Business meals are prepared and served by our staff.

Catering

For meals after hours and on weekends we recommend Mr. Mike's Catering for your dining experience. Their number is: 330-452-6852
